Justification

Finally, to complete this paragraph you must adjust the justification, which is how the text aligns with the margins. Word provides three buttons on the format toolbar to assist you with justification. These include:

    Justify:aligns the text with both margins.
    Align Left:aligns the text with the left margin.
    Align Right:aligns the text with the right margin.

    Justify Text
    Highlight the entire paragraph starting with "But why, some say, the moon?

    Click the Justify Button

      Word justifies the text of the highlighted paragraph.

    Click anywhere in the text area.

      Word will unhighlight the current paragraph.
